摘要
以炼厂副产品C9馏份与顺丁烯二酸酐经共聚、磺化中和 ,制备出高分子分散剂。以此为基础 ,进行钻井液转化为水泥浆的设计和试验研究 ,重点考察了分散剂对固结强度及浆体流变性的影响。结果表明所研制的分散剂的主要性能完全能够满足MTC的设计要求。为MTC技术的发展及廉价分散剂的开发 。
C 9 fractions as refinery co-products can be used to substitute styrene as a cheaper raw material for preparing the polymer dispersant SSMA for cementing oil well by copolymerization with maleic anhydride,sulfonation and neutralization.Design and experiments were carried out using the dispersant in the conversion of drilling fluids to cement,laying emphasis on investigating its influence on solidification strength and slurry rheological property.The results indicate that the cheap dispersant completely satisfies the requirements of MTC design in cement strength,slurry mobility and rheological property.
