Countermeasures to Prolong Xylene Isomerization Catalyst Running Period

针对芳烃装置二甲苯异构化催化剂运行过程中存在的问题 ,分析了原料杂质、催化剂的使用寿命、二甲苯异构化反应器的操作工况、操作事故等因素对催化剂运行周期的影响 。

The problems existing in the operation of catalyst for xylene isomerization in the aromatics plant are studied,and the factors affecting the runing period of the catalyst such as impurities in the materials,lifetime of the catalyst,operating conditions of the isomerization reactor and operating accidents,are analyzed.Measures to prolong the running period of catalyst are proposed on the basis of the results of investigation.
