摘要
针对烧结粉尘对莱钢4#265m2烧结机烟气脱硫的影响,采用烟气前期预处理,中间加强胺液净化等措施,实现了脱硫效率95%以上,SO2排放浓度低于100mg/m3,确保烧结烟气中SO2达标排放。
Pointing to the influence of sintering dust in the flue gas desulfurization process of Laiwu Steel' s No.4 265 m2 sintering machine, through gas pretreatment in earlier stage and strengthening the cleaning of amine liquid in middle links, the desulfurization efficiency reached above 95%. The emission density of SO2 is controlled below 100 mg/m3, thus, the standard discharge of SO2 in the sintering gas can be realized.
