摘要
对一种利用光电转换的非接触转矩传感器进了研究。首先介绍了传感器的结构和测量原理;然后介绍了弹性轴使用的新材料对测量的影响以及与65Mn的性能比较;最后介绍了测量系统中的硬件设计和软件设计。该传感器结构简单,性能稳定。
A kind of non-contact measuring torque sensor based on photoelectric converter was discussed. The structure of the torque sensor and the measuring principle were presented. Then the new material for flexible shaft was introduced, and its performance was compared with 65Mn' s. Finally hardware and software designs in measurement system were stated. The sensor has a simple structure and stable performance.
