摘要
以嵌入式系统的广泛应用为背景,探讨了以SEP4020的ARM7微处理器通过采集数据并驱动TFT显示屏的汽车安全性能检测仪的设计。文中首先阐述了系统的总体设计方案,并详细说明检测仪的数据采集电路,SD卡热插拔接口设计,LCD液晶显示器接口设计;应用μC/GUI图形系统在LCD上实现良好的人机交互界面,并通过SD卡接口完成检测数据向PC机的传送。该检测仪具有设计简单、易于实现、数据采集实时、通用性好等特点。
Widely used for embedded systems as the background, this paper explored the design of the ARM7 microprocessor of SEP4020 by collecting data and drive the vehicle safety performance of the TFT display detector. This paper described the overall system design, and presented detailed description of the detector's data acquisition circuit, SD card hot-plug interface design, LCD display interface design. It used μC / GUI graphics system to achieve good interactive interface on the LCD, and completed the transmission of test data to the PC via the SD card interface. The detector has characteristics of simple design, easy to implement, data acquisition in real-time, versatility, ect.
