摘要
针对目前汽车水温传感器测试系统效率低等问题,设计一种基于LabVIEW的汽车水温传感器的检测系统。利用LabVIEW对ATmega128单片机发送命令指令,控制G5V-1继电器的切换,搭接不同的采集点用PCI-4065万用表卡对传感器的性能指标自动进行检测,实现测控系统平台中控制策略生成、参数设置、水温调节和控制、检测产品有无、检测结果显示、对测量数据进行实时采集、生成报表、数据存储等功能。该平台实现多型号汽车水温传感器的性能测试,是个开放的测试系统,具有很强的升级扩展能力。
The vehicle water temperature sensor test system was designed based on LabVIEW aimed at solving the problem of the low efficiency of the current one. When LabVIEW transmitted commands to ATmega128 SCM, GSV - 1 rely could switch and overlap different collection points to detect the performance of sensor automatically with PCI -4065 multimeter card, to achieve the goals, such as strategy generation control in the platform of measurement and control system , parameter setting, water temperature regulation, testing the existence of products, displaying test results, real-time data collection, report drafting, and data store. Performance tests of multi-type vehicle water temperature sensor is realized in this platform. This test system is open with strong development potential.
