摘要
依据乳液聚合的“种子聚合”机理,找出ABS产品的熔体流动速率和缺口冲击强度同时偏低的原因,采取在接枝聚合部分提高2 %~3 %的PB进料措施,使ABS产品的熔体流动速率和缺口冲击强度达到标准值。
According to ″seed Polylmerization ″ mechanism of emulsion polymerization causees of melt flow rate and notch impact strength of ABS product simultaneously getting lower are found out. Measures are taken to increase PB feed by 2 % to 3% in graft polymerization section to make the melt flow rate and notch impact strength of ABS product reached to standard value.
