摘要
通过调整α—甲基苯乙烯MS和丙烯腈AN进料方式,令α—MS与AN重量比从7030到8020,可使单体进料结束后反应系统中AN含量占单体总量的31 %以上,反应结束后残单含量也大大降低,并使共聚物产品的耐热性能大为提高。该工艺过程不需脱除残单,在工业上具有推广价值。
Through adjusting the feed way of α-MS and AN from 7030 to 8020theAN content in reaction system is above 31 % of monomer total volume after the completion of feeding monomerthe residual monomer content is also greatly decreased after the completion of reaction and significantly increase the heat resistant property of co-polymer product.This process does not need to remove residual monomer and has commercial popularizing value.
