摘要
介绍了一种基于CAN总线电动车的制动系统的设计方法。系统中采用ARM7为中心控制器,采用P87C591为各个CAN检测节点的控制器,实时的采集车辆运行状态信号通过CAN总线送至各个控制节点,系统根据制动情况的不同,实现能量回馈制动、机械制动和ABS制动相结合的混合制动方式。重点对智能节点硬件进行了介绍。
An electric vehicle breaking system based on CAN bus was designed. By using ARM7 as the main controller, P87C591 as the detecting node controller. The system collected the parameter of electric vehicle real time through CAN bus, then sent the information to the main controller. According to different breaking conditions, the system can combine power feedback breaking, mechanical breaking, and ABS breaking to realize breaking function properly. It mainly focuses on the hardware design of the intelligent node.
