摘要
针对厂区为吹砂填海的2×600 MW滨海燃煤电厂的土壤电阻率高、海水腐蚀性强的情况,提出了接地系统须满足降低接地电阻及防止接地网腐蚀的要求,接地设计采取了换土降阻的解决方案,并对钢接地网加阴极保护防腐及铜包钢接地方案进行了技术及经济比较,最后采用的接地设计方案不仅满足要求,且经济性较好。经过多年的实际运行检验证实,该接地设计方案安全可靠,可为同类工程的设计提供参考。
A soil replacing method is adopted for resistance reduction of the grounding system of a 2 × 600MW coastal thermal power plant due to the high soil resistivity and strong seawater corrosivity to the grounding system. Besides, a technical and economical comparison is made on two anticorrosion methods, i.e. the grounding net with cathodic pro- tection method and the copper clad steel method. The final grounding method gets not only good economic benefit, but also good safety and reliability through years' running experiences, which can be well referenced by similar projects.
