复杂环境下超高烟囱定向爆破拆除技术

摘要 文章介绍了广西合山电厂1号一3号机烟囱爆破拆除工程,该烟囱爆破的特点为倾倒方向范围狭窄,烟囱内部结构不对称于倾倒方向线,烟囱筒体施工质量较差,工程难度大、风险高。经过爆破方案比选,采用了底部切口定向倾倒爆破方案。文章对爆破的具体参数、预处理工作、安全防护措施及施工要点进行了详细介绍。并对爆破效果进行了分析。爆破拆除的烟囱倒塌在设计范围内,四周建(构)筑物和设施安全无损,烟囱落地后飞溅碎石基本没有溅起,尘烟较少,且很快就全部消散。该烟囱的定向爆破拆除达到了设计要求。 This thesis introduces the chimney blasting and demolition project of 1# -3# units of Guangxi Heshan Pbwer Plant. The blasting difficulties include narrow area along chimney falling direction, asymmetry between chim- ney inner structure and falling directional line, and poor constructing quality of chimney body, which cause high risks. The alternative of directional falling and blasting with bottom cut is adopted through comparison of several blasting al- ternatives. This thesis makes a detailed description to the specific parameters, pretreatments, safety measures and key points for the blasting, and also analyzes the blasting effects. The blasted and demolished chimney fell within the de- sign ranges. Surrounding buildings / structures and equipment were safe and undamaged. Most debris did not spatter while dusts were small and completely disappeared in a short time after the chimney falling. The directional blasting reached the design requirements.
