桥巩水电站技术供水变频运行实践

摘要 文章从桥巩水电站技术供水系统实际情况、变频调速原理与节能计算、变频器参数的优化设置、控制回路及可编程逻辑程序等方面,介绍了桥巩水电站技术供水系统加压离心泵采用变频调速运行,使设备功能得到最大化的应用,大大地提高电机运行效率,实现节能降耗的应用实践。 The paper makes an introduction to the frequency technical water supply system of Qiaogong hydropower station conversion technology in pressure centrifugal pump for base on the practical situations of technical water sup- ply system, the principle of frequency conversion speed control,the calculation on energy saving, the parameter opti- mization of frequency converter, the control loop and programmable logic program. The application of frequency con- version technology makes full use of the equipment functions, greatly improves the operation efficiency of the motor and achieves the energy-saving goal.
