抽空状态下机械密封端面状况的理论分析

摘要 通过对抽空状态下机械密封端面的受力分析,建立了动静环的运动方程以及端面开启力与位移的关系方程。结合实例,用四阶龙格-库塔法对所建立的方程进行了计算机求解。结果表明:抽空压力和介质温度是影响抽空后端面状况的关键因素。 s Movement equation of seal ring and equation of opening force vs. dispacement were established by means of force analysis of face situation in caviation. Coresponding with example movement equation of seal ring were handled using a forth-order Runge-Kutta numerical integration by computer. The result shows that pressure in caviation and temperature are the critical factors that influence face situation in caviation. Keywords Mechanical seal Cavitation Failure Principle
