摘要
南京市外秦淮河主城段淤积严重,对水环境、游船通行安全和行洪安全都造成了严重影响。针对河道的特点,文章对施工方案的工程技术要点进行探讨,尤其是疏浚工艺和疏浚土的运输以及处理等;力求做到降低工程费用、减少对周边居民生活影响、减轻环境污染和生态影响。通过该工程的实施将有效增加河道行洪能力,减轻秦淮河干流的防洪压力,且明显改善河道水质。
External Qinhuai River in Nanjing city section is in serious sih~,tion, which causes serious impact on water environment and safe boat traffic and flood discharge. Based on the river characteristics, the paper makes a discus- sion on the engineering technical essentials of the desihing project, especially on the dredging process and the trans- portation and disposal of dredging soil etc. It is purposed to reduce the project cost, reduce the project impact on the surrounding residents and reduce the environmental pollution and ecological impact. The dredging project will effec- tively improve the flood capacity and water quality of the river channel and reduce the flood control pressure of main stream of Oinhuai River.
