振动信号多通道同步整周期数据采集卡设计 被引量:14

摘要 对汽轮发电机组转子的振动信号进行整周期采集有利于提高频谱分析的精度、提高设备状态监测的水平。研究了整周期采集技术,提出了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(field programmable gate array,简称FPGA)的转子振动信号多通道同步整周期数据采集卡的设计方案。该方案采用FPGA技术设计了基于键相倍频法的整周期采集控制算法,对两片高速A/D转换芯片进行整周期采集控制,采用乒乓操作的方式将A/D转换数据保存在双口RAM中,以PC104总线协议与主机进行通信。测试结果表明,该采集卡可以准确实现多通道信号的同步整周期采集及键相信号频率测量,且具有体积小、集成度高、采集频率广泛和频率测量精度高等特点,可以广泛应用于转子振动信号的数据采集领域。 If the rotor vibration signals of the turbine are collected in the way of integer period,it would be helpful to improve the precision of spectrum analysis,so as to improve the level of condition monitoring for machinery.Based on a thorough research of the integer period acquisition technology,a design of data acquisition card based on FPGA(field programmable gate array) is proposed,the card is of small size and compact type,and has the ability to collect multi-channel signals in the way of integer period synchronously.The design uses FPGA to realize the integer period acquisition control algorithm,based on the key phase and multi-frequency method,and to control two pieces of high speed A/D conversion chips to collect multichannel signals synchronously in the way of integer period.The ping-pong operation way is used to store those A/D conversion data into RAM memory,and the PC104 bus agreement is used to communicate with the host machine.Test results show that,the data acquisition card can accurately collect multi-channel periodic signals synchronously in the way of integer period,and measure the frequency of the key phase signal,also it has the advantages as follows: small size,high level integration,large range of acquisition frequency and high accuracy of frequency measurement,etc.It can be wildly used in the field of rotor vibration signal’s acquisition.
