摘要
单核细胞增生性李斯特菌(Lm)是一种新型疫苗载体。本文综述了Lm菌株的一般特征、Lm减毒株的构建以及病毒、寄生虫、细菌和肿瘤等重组Lm疫苗的构建及其作用机制等方面的研制现状。
Recombinant vaccines of Listeria monocytogenes （Lm） are a new type of vaccine vehicle. This review sum marizes the characteristics of Lm, creation of attenuated Lm stains, construction of recombinant Lm vaccines to treat vi ruses, parasites, bacteria, and tumors, and the and immune mechanisms of those vaccines.
