法学学术期刊分层研究

Study on the Stratification of Academic Law Journal

鉴于我国法学学术期刊当前面临的实践性和理论性之间的两难问题,选取学者和律师经常利用的法学期刊为样本,通过引文分析、社会网络分析并结合定性研究方法,呈现当前法学期刊分层现状,阐释分层原因,揭示不同层次期刊群在期刊网络中扮演的不同角色,及在协调法学期刊理论研究和司法实践的关系中起到的作用,给出我国法学学术期刊发展建议。

In view of academic law journals facing the dilemma between theory and practice, this paper selects the law journals commonly used by scholars and lawyers as samples, presents the current stratification of law journals and interprets the cause of formation by citation analysis, social network analysis combining qualitative method. Different subgroups play different roles in coordinating theories research and judicial practice of law journals. The constructive suggestions for the development of academic law journals are given based on the analysis results.
