The Survey and Analysis of Patrons Behavior When Using Mobile Library Service in Bejing and Shanghai

论文选择开展移动图书馆服务比较多的北京和上海两大城市,重点调研用户使用移动图书馆服务的使用情况,通过分析用户使用移动图书馆服务的行为,管窥我国移动图书馆服务的开展现状,并对移动图书馆服务的健康、良性发展提出一点思考。

This paper chooses the two big cities, Beijing and Shanghai which outnumber the other districts in the developing the service of mobile library, to investigate the situation of the patrons＇ using the mobile library service emphatically. By the investigation and analysis of the current behavior of the patrons, it has a restricted view of the condition of mobile library in our country, and focus on a more sound, healthy and continual development of mobile library.
