摘要 采用稠油井自偿式降粘技术解决了国内稠油超稠油开发中因粘度过高而影响产能的问题 .具体工艺是在井口设计安装了降粘设备 ,把不同比例降粘剂注入油套环形空间 ,降低了原油粘度和原油在井筒及管线的流压 ,提高了单井产量 .单井抽油时率由降粘前 80 3 %提高到 97 3 % ,降粘井周期产油量提高了 3 60t,抽油机耗电平均降低了 2 6 7% .该工艺流程简单 ,投资少 ,见效快 ,经济效益明显 . Selfcompensating viscosity reducing technique is used for increasing the production of shallow viscous and superviscous wells. For this purpose, a wellhead viscosity reducing equipment is designed. The thinner solvent with proper concentration is pumped into annular space between casing pipe and oil pipe. So the crude viscosity and its pressure loss in flowing process are decreased, and single well output is increased. The concentration of thinner solvent depends on crude viscosity. The testing results in 10 wells show that, the average of pumping time effciency is increased from 80.3% to 97.3%;the average of oil production of single well is increased by 360t, oilgas ratio is increased by 0.1 in a cycle, the average of production days in a cycle is increased by 129 days. The power consumption of well pumping unit is decreased to 73.7%. Compared with other viscosity reducing techniques, the technique has simple technological process, less investment, better and sooner economic benefit.
