摘要
提出新能源调度自动化系统的设计方案,基于一体化数据模型与处理中心实现新能源调度自动化的各项功能。系统软件开发采用面向服务的体系架构(SOA)和企业应用集成(EAI)的设计思想,硬件配置遵循国际标准。介绍该系统的基本功能和一体化数据模型,对系统网络拓扑配置和软件部署进行说明,对该系统如何实现功率预测、新能源AGC、新能源AVC、电能质量监测、风光储并网控制和新能源并网调度等功能进行了探讨。
A design scheme of renewable energy dispatching automation system is proposed. Functions of dis- patching automation system for renewable energy sources are implemented on the basis of integrated data model and processing center. The system software development adopts service-oriented architecture (SOA), design idea of enterprise application integration (EAI) and hardware configuration follows international stan- dards. The basic functions of this system and integrated data model are introduced firstly, and then network topology configurations of this system and software deployment are described. Finally, ways to achieve power forecasting, renewable energy AGC, renewable energy AVC, power quality monitoring, WP-PV-ES synchro- nization control and dispatching of renewable energy synchronization in this system are discussed.
