提升浙江省企业和高校在国家核电建设中的作用

摘要 鉴于自身可持续发展的需要和对世界气候变化的责任,中国制订了未来10年超过千亿元的核电建设计划,使能源缺乏、制造业发达的浙江省面临核电产业的巨大商机和升级转型契机。浙江省核电企业需要充分发挥政府的政策导向和核能行业协会的牵引协调作用,通过增加研发投入、促进资源整合,拓展核电建设制造的技术资格,掌握自主的核心技术,提升核电企业整体实力与核心竞争力。浙江省可以在1~2所省属高校建立核能工程院、系,开设核能发电相关专业,通过专业人才培养、技术升级研发、技术服务支持等方式为浙江省核电产业的发展提供人才和智力保障。 Considering the requirement of sustainable development and the responsibility of world climate change, China has established a nuclear power construction plan for the next ten years costing over 100 billion Yuan, which makes Zhejiang Province which is lacking in energy resources and developed in manufacture face great business opportunities of nuclear power industry and upgrading and transformation opportunities. Zhejiang nuclear power enterprises need to give full play to the function of policy orientation of the government and guidance and coordination of nuclear power industry association, extends the technical qualification of nuclear power construction by adding R&D input and promoting resources integration, master independent core technologies and improve the overall actual strength and core competitiveness of nuclear power enterprises. Zhejiang Province can establish nuclear engineering college and department and set up majors related to nuclear electricity generation in 1 or 2 provincial universities, and provide talent and intelligence guarantee for the development of its nuclear power industry through professional talent cultivation, technical upgrading R&D and technical service support.
