摘要
军民融合式应急投送保障体系建设，对于提高我军快速反应和快速投送能力，有效履行我军历史使命，具有重要意义。科学把握军民融合式应急投送保障体系建设的战略地位与发展机理，是推进其建设发展必须明确的基本理论问题，也是制定体系发展规划与发展战略的基础和前提。
The establishment of army-civilian integrated emergent projection support system is significant to advance army reactivity ability and projection ability,to fulfill army historical mission. Commanding strategic status and development mechanism of emergent projection support system is a basic theory issue, It＇ s a foundation and precondition of constituting its development programming and stratagem.
