摘要
以国家学科目录调整、军队颁发《关于深入推进军队研究生教育科学发展的意见》为契机，从优化军队院校研究生培养方案的重要意义、基本原则、关键要素以及优化培养方案的保障措施等4个方面进行了探讨，提出了优化培养方案的具体对策。
To state the speciahy catalogue adjustment,the army issued On Further Promoting the Military Postgraduate Ed-ucation Scientific Development Views as an opportunity, From its significance, basic principles, key elements and security measures, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the training plan.
