摘要
为建立健全军校教学督导员选聘机制,在分析军校教学督导员选聘工作现状的基础上,指出督导员选聘工作中存在的问题和原因,提出从选聘理念、标准、程序和方法等4个方面改进督导员选聘工作,把好督导员选聘关,促进督导队伍机构的合理化,使教学督导工作真正成为推动军校教育教学转型、提升军校育人质量的积极力量。
In order to develop and perfect the supervision staff selection and appointment mechanism, according to the anal-ysis of the actuality of supervision staff selection and appointment of military college, the main problems and the correspond-ing causes in the work is presented. As a probable solution, several measures are proposed from the points of concepts, stan-dards, procedures and methods to normalize the supervision staff selection and appointment work and to improve the institu- tion of supervision staff group, thus making the teaching supervision a propellant for the transformation in military education and teaching as well as the improvement of military colleges' education quality.
