军民融合是世界主要强国的通行做法，是我国长期的战略指导方针。在交通运输领域科技创新上，走军民融合的发展道路，是对军民融合这一重要思想的继承和发展，能够更好地整合资源，探索全新的军、地科研合作模式，实现强强联合的资源对接，搭建信息共享的交流平台，实现互惠互利的双赢目标。在分析交通运输领域科技创新军民融合发展作用意义的基础上，提出交通运输领域科技创新军民融合发展的指导思想和重点内容，并从完善创新机制、共建创新平台、深化融合发展等3个方面探讨了交通运输领域科技创新军民融合发展的建设路径。

Civil and military integration is a usual practice among major world powers and Chinese long-term strategic guideline as well. As to technology innovation in traffic and transportation field, adhering to civil and military integration means inheritance and development through which we can get a better integration of resources, brand-new cooperation mode between military and civil research units, resource exchange during win-win cooperation, sharing information platform and win-win situation for mutual benefit. Based on effect and significance of civil and military integration development of tech- nology innovation in transportation and communication field, this paper brings forward guiding principle and main content of civil and military integration development of technology innovation in such field.
