摘要
茂名石油化工公司炼油改扩建分两步实施 ,第一步按 12 .0Mt/a ,进口高硫原油为 9.5Mt/a安排 ,第二步加工量按 16 .0Mt/a ,进口高硫原油为 13 .5Mt/a安排。利用洛阳石油化工工程公司开发的线性规划总流程优化软件 ,对炼油改扩建工程的三套方案进行了比较。在对总流程的设计原则、设计基础及流程安排要点论述的基础上计算出各方案的经济技术指标 。
The innovation and expansion project in Maoming Petrochemical Company were implemented in two steps.First,the processing capacity is planned to be 12.0 Mt/yr,in which the imported sour crude is 9.5 Mt/yr.Secondly,the processing capacity is planned to be 16.0 Mt/a and the imported sour crude is 13.5 Mt/yr.Three options were compared by using the linear programing general scheme optimization software developed by LPEC.Based on discussion of design rules,design basis and scheme arrangement,the techno economic indexes of each option were given and residue hydrotreating scheme recommended.
