摘要
在分析美军铁路运输中平车使用现状的基础上，总结了其使用与管理的主要特点，并提出了加强我军铁路运输车辆保障的对策建议。
The paper analyzes the current condition of the flatcars which are used in the railway transportation of US army, summarizes the characteristics of use and management about these railcars. It provides some references for railcar guarantee of our army in the railway transportation.
