布洛芬合成工艺所用精制溶剂油的生产

PRODUCTION OF REFINED SOLVENT OIL FOR SYNTHESIS OF BRUFEN

药品布洛芬生产新工艺中采用精制的橡胶工业用溶剂油 (精制溶剂油 )作通用溶剂 ,要求其芳烃含量小于 0 .1%。传统的精制方法投资大、操作费用高 ,或芳烃含量达不到要求 ,为此 ,开发了加热分水硫酸法和加氢法两种新的精制方法。试验表明 ,该两种方法得到的精制溶剂油其芳烃含量可控制在 0 .1%以下 ,溶剂油生产利润可达16 0 0 ,190 0RMB $ /t。

The refined solvent oil with less than 0.1% aromatics was used in medicine Brufen production as conventional solvent.Two new refining methods i.e,heating water separation with sulfuric acid and hydrotreating,were developed.The experimental results showed that,through these two methods,the aromatics content in refined solvent oil can be controlled bellow 0.1%.The profits can reach 1600 and 1900 RMB$/t respectively.
