摘要
ZK2 0 1高温地热定向井在钻井施工中遇到地层复杂、花岗片麻岩可钻性太差、井漏严重、施工中变更设计及井底温度高等多种困难 ,在正确应用高温条件下的定向钻井工艺、MTC固井工艺、采用抗高温正电胶聚磺泥浆体系、优选钻头、采用合理泥浆散热降温工艺和井控技术后 ,该井成功地钻达设计目的层。本文介绍了其钻进过程中采取的主要技术措施。
In the course of high-temperature geothermal ZK201 well drilling, many problems are met such as troublesome formations, poor drillability of the granite gneiss, severe leakage, design verification and high temperature in bottom hole. After applying proper methods including high-temprature directional drilling, MTC cementing and well control techniques, along with bit optimization and MMH drilling fluid, the well was drilled to the target successfully. The main technical measures in the well are introduced in this paper.
