摘要
目的 :探讨一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)阳性神经元在豚鼠耳蜗核复合体 (CNC)和脑干内的分布特点。方法 :采用依赖还原型辅酶II的尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸黄递酶 (NADPH d)组织化学方法 ,观察了豚鼠听觉核团和脑干内NOS阳性神经元的分布。结果 :在脑桥的各级听觉传入核团 ,均有NOS阳性神经元 ,而上橄榄复合体无NOS阳性神经元 ;耳蜗核内NOS阳性神经元 ,主要集中在后腹侧核 ,为圆形或椭圆型双极神经元 ;下丘的臂内侧核NOS阳性神经元呈小的、圆形细胞。在脑干内 ,NOS阳性神经元分布广泛 ,在三叉神经中脑核 (Me5 )、蓝斑 (LC)、前庭内侧核 (MVe)、MVe腹侧核 (MVeV)、前庭外侧核 (Lve)、舌下神经前置核 (PrH)、巨细胞网状核 (Gi)、Gi腹侧部 (GiV)、外侧巨细胞旁核 (LPGi)、背侧巨细胞旁核 (DPGi)均有NOS阳性神经元。结论 :NO可能是听觉中枢的神经递质或调质 ,参与声信号传递的调节 ;
Aim: To study the distributive characteristic of nitric oxide synthetase (NOS) positive neurons in cochlear nuclear complex (CNC) and potine of guinea pigs. Methods: Nicotinamidc adenine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase(NADPH d)histochemistry method was adopted to study this distributive characteristic and explore the role of nitric oxide (NO) in auditory pathway. Results: The results showed that NOS positive neurons existed in all the auditory afferent nucleus while NOS negative neurons existed in the superior olivary nucleus. Most of NOS positive neurons in CNC were located in the posterior ventral cochlear nucleus(VCN),which were round or oval bipolar neurons. NOS positive neurons were also found in potine widely. They were in: mesencephalic nucleus of the 5th nerve (Me5), locus ceruleus (LC), medial vestibular nucleus (MVe), ventral part of Mve (MVeV), lateral vestibular nucleus(LVe), prepositus hypoglossal nucleus (PrH), gigantocellular reticular nucleus (Gi), ventral part of Gi (GiV), lateral paragigantocellular nucleus (LPGi), dorsal paragigantocellular nucleus (DPGi).Conclusion: The results suggest that NOS is likely to be a transmitter or mediator involved in regulating the transmission of sound signals,and may play an important role in regulating the potine of guinea pigs.
