摘要
目的:探讨麻醉剂对局部脑缺血/再灌注模型大鼠脑温变化的影响。方法:大鼠随机分为两组,分别应用水合氯醛腹腔注射麻醉法和气管插管2%七氟烷混合30%氧气吸入麻醉法对大鼠进行麻醉。线栓法制作MCAO缺血/再灌注模型。观察两组大鼠缺血及再灌注期肛温、脑温变化。结果:水合氯醛腹腔注射麻醉对大鼠脑温影响较大,脑温波动明显;水合氯醛腹腔注射麻醉对再灌注期脑温影响更显著。结论:大鼠MCAO模型建立时,与水合氯醛腹腔注射麻醉法比较,七氟醚吸入麻醉对大鼠脑温影响较小。
Objective: To study effects of anesthetic agents on the change of cerebral isehemic/ reperfusion injury rats' brain temperature. Methods : The rats were divided randomly into two groups, one group were anesthetized with chloral hydrate by abdominal injection, the other group were anesthetized by inbreathing 2% halothane+30% 02 via tracheal intubation. The cerebral ischemic/reperfusion models were established by the improved Zea Longa method. During cerebral Ischemic and reperfusion period, the cerebral cortex, striatum and rectum temperature was monitored. Resuhs : Anesthesia with chloral hydrate by abdominal injection had significanter effects on rats' brain temperature. The brain temperature was obviously fluctuated in the group anesthetized with chloral hydrate by abdominal injection, but fluctuation of the group with inbreathing halothane was relatively small. During cerebral reperfusion period, the effects were more obvious. Conclusion: During setting up cerebral ischemic/reperfusion model, by comparing anesthesia with chloral hydrate by abdominal injection, being anesthetized by inbreathing 2% halothane, the rats' brain temperature chan^es little.
