Analysis on 64 Cases of Poor Ovary Reserve Function Treated by Guilu Tiaojing Decoction

目的:观察龟鹿调经汤治疗卵巢储备功能低下临床疗效。方法:选择64例卵巢储备功能低下患者,给予中药龟鹿调经汤治疗,连续服用3个月(月经期不停药),观察临床疗效。结果:经3个月治疗后,64例患者中,痊愈20例,有效32例,无效12例;总有效率81.25%,妊娠率为35.7%。结论:龟鹿调经汤治疗卵巢储备功能低下疗效显著。

Objective ： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Guilu Tiaojing Decoction for poor ovary reserve function. Methods ： 64 patients with poor ovary reserve function were selected. They were treated with Guilu Tiaojing＇Decoction in the continual 3 months without stopping in the menstruation period in order to observe the clinical effects. Results ： After three months treatment, 20 patients were cured, 32 were improved, and 12 were non-effective. The total effective rate was 81.25%, and the pregnant rate was 35.7%.
