摘要
目的:观察清肝通窍汤对突发性耳聋豚鼠血ET(内皮素)、NO(一氧化氮)水平的影响。方法:以噪音刺激加肾上腺素皮下注射,造成突发性耳聋豚鼠模型,以清肝通窍汤治疗,血府逐瘀口服液为阳性对照组观察各组豚鼠血ET、NO水平。结果:模型组豚鼠血ET含量升高,NO含量下降;经清肝通窍汤灌胃治疗2周,可恢复ET、NO的动态平衡。结论:清肝通窍汤可通过调节ET、NO水平,恢复其动态平衡而起到治疗作用。
Objective： To observe the effects of Qinggan Tongqiao Decoction on ET and NO of Guinea pigs with sudden deafness. Methods ： The model was established with noise and Adrenaline hydrochloride. Forty Guinea pigs were randomly divided into four groups： normal, model, Qinggan Tongqiao and Xuefu Zhuyu groups, observing the changes of ET and NO for each group. Results ： Qinggan Tongqiao Decoction could improve the unbalance of ET and NO after 2 weeks. Conclusion ： Under the action of Qinggan Tongqiao Decoction, ET and NO could recover balance in Guinea pigs with sudden deafness.
