乳癖康胶囊提取工艺研究

Study on Extraction Technology of Rupikang Capsule

目的:筛选研究乳癖康胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计试验法,以橙皮苷含量和干膏得率为指标,以HPLC为测定方法。结果:乳癖康胶囊最佳提取工艺条件是:加10倍量水,提取2次,每次2 h。结论:该工艺稳定可靠,符合传统中医药理论和实际生产情况。

Objective：To select and study the optimal extraction technology of Rupikang Capsule. Methods： Regarding orange peel glucoside content and orange peel dry paste as indexes, the orthogonal experiments were used to determine the content of the index ingredient by HPLC. Results ： The optimized process conditions were as follows：water l0 multiples,2 times, 120 min. Conclusion：This parameters are good for the active ingredients of orange peel in accord with traditional Chinese medicine theory and practical production situation.
