论火针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛与热休克蛋白的关系

Analysis of Relationship Between Fire-needle Therapy of Postherpetic Neuralgia and Heat Shock Proteins

火针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛在临床上得到了广泛的运用。现代研究发现热休克蛋白与带状疱疹后遗神经痛的病理过程有一定联系。探讨在火针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的过程中,热休克蛋白表达的上调与该疾病病理过程的关系,有助于进一步研究火针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的机理。

Fire-needle therapy has been widely used to treat posthetlmtic neuralgia in clinic. Current researches indicate that heat shock protein families may have some link with the pathological process of postherpetic neuralgia. It is helpful to research the mechanism of fire-needle therapy by discussing the relationship between up-regulation of heat shock proteins and the pathological process of postherpetic neuralgia during the treatment.
