老年冠心病患者血压及血糖与血清C反应蛋白的关系 被引量:1

Association of Blood Pressure and Blood Glucose with Serum Level of C-reactive Protein in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的:观察单纯冠心病患者与冠心病单独合并糖尿病或冠心病单独合并高血压患者体内C反应蛋白的水平差异。方法:①选择2011年6月—2012年6月辽宁中医药大学附属医院住院的冠心病(不稳定性心绞痛)患者144例为冠心病组,男78例,女66例,年龄均大于65岁。②根据是否单独合并有糖尿病或高血压分为3组,单纯冠心病组48例,冠心病合并高血压组48例,冠心病合并糖尿病组48例。③同期选择辽宁中医药大学附属医院住院的非冠心病患者48例为对照组,男29例,女19例。④血清C反应蛋白水平测定采用散射浊度法;血糖测定采用酶法。⑤计量资料采用T检验。结果:冠心病患者144例患者,非冠心病患者48例均进入结果分析。血清C反应蛋白水平:冠心病患者明显高于对照组,冠心病合并高血压组、冠心病合并糖尿病组明显高于冠心病组。结论:老年冠心病患者较非冠心病患者体内C反应蛋白水平高。在冠心病单独合并糖尿病中、冠心病单独合并糖尿病患者中,C反应蛋白浓度较单纯冠心病患者高。提示体内C反应蛋白水平对冠状动脉粥样硬化的发生发展有一定的提示作用。 Objective: To observe the differences of C-reactive protein levels in patients with pure coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease alone with diabetes mellitus or coronary heart disease alone with hypertensive in vivo. Methods:①Totally 144 inpatients with coronary heart disease ( unstable angina )were selected from 2011-06/2012-06 in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. 78 males, 66 females, all of them were older than 65. ②According to whether associated with diabetes or hypertension, patients were divided into three groups, coronary heart disease alone group with 48 cases, coronary heart disease and hypertension group with 48 cases, coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus group with 48 cases. ③48 non-coronary heart disease patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, hospitalized over the same period were as the control group,29 males and 19 females. ④The serum levels of C-reactive protein were measured with the method of scattering turbidity, and blood glucose was deleeted with the enzyme method. ⑤The measurement data was analyzed by T-test. Results: 144 patients with coronary heart disease and non-coronary heart disease in 48 patients entered the final analysis. Serum C-reactive protein level: in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in control group, that in coronary heart disease with hypertension group and coronary heart disease combined with diabetes mellitus group was significantly higher than that in the group of coronary heart disease. Conclusion : Elderly patients with coronary heart disease have higher C-reactive protein levels than non-patients with coronary artery disease. In the patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus and coronary artery disease alone in diabetes mellitns patients, C-reactive protein concentrations in patients with coronary heart disease were higher. It is indicated that C-reactive protein plays a role in predicting the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.
