Treatment Plan Chioce of Fibular Fracture

目的:总结不同损伤情况下腓骨骨折的治疗方案。方法:选择2009—2011年在本院治疗的182例包含腓骨骨折患者,对腓骨骨折类型及治疗结果进行回顾分析。结果:所有患者20例行石膏托固定,162例行手术治疗,其中37例合并的腓骨骨折未行固定。治疗总体优良率90%。结论:在不同的损伤情况下,对腓骨骨折选择不同的治疗方案,可以取得良好的临床效果。

Objective ： To summarize the treatment plan of fibular fracture under different trauma situation. Method： 182 patients with fibular fracture were treated in our hospital during 2009--2011. The classification and the clinical resuhs of the fi＇aetures were reviewed. Result： 20 patients were treated with plaster while 162 patients accepted operation, including 37 patients without any fixation of the fibular.90% of the patients achieved good clinical results. Conclusion ： Under different trauma situation, appropriated choice of treatment ~lan for fibular fractures can guarantee good clinical results.
