推拿配合关节松动术治疗粘连性肩周炎临床体会

Clinical Experience on Massage with Joint Mobilization Treatment of Adhesive Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的:分析推拿配合关节松动术治疗粘连性肩周炎的临床疗效,证实推拿配合关节松动术治疗粘连性肩周炎的确切疗效。方法:以我院2006年1月—2012年1月采用推拿配合关节松动术治疗粘连性肩周炎80例患者为研究对象。结果:观察组治愈31例,占77.5%,好转8例,占20%,无效1例,占2.5%,总有效率97.5%。对照组治愈22例,占55%,好转10例,占25%,无效8例,占20%,总有效率80%。两组平均治疗时间分别为36.3 d和45.2 d。两组从总有效率和治疗时间上看,治疗组明显优于对照组,经统计学处理,当P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论:以推拿配合关节松动术治疗粘连性肩周炎不仅疗效显著,而且有治疗痛苦少、疗程短、愈后复发率低、患者满意率高的优势,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of massage with joint mobilization techniques in the treatment of adhesive periarthritis of shoulder, and to confirm the exact effect of massage with joint mobilization treatment of adhesive periarthritis. Methods ： Massage with joint mobilization techniques in the treatment of adhesive periarthritis of shoulder was used to treat 80 cases who were in hospital during January 2006 to January 2012. Results ： 31 cases in the observation group were cured, accounting for 77.5%, 8 cases improved, accounting for 20% and 1 case ineffective, accounting for 2.5%, the total efficiency was 97.5%. In control group,22 cases were cured, accounting for 55%, improved in 10 cases, accounting for 25%, 8 cases were ineffective （ 20% ）, the total efficiency was 80%. The mean treatment time was 36.3 days and 45.2 days respectively in two groups. For the total efficiency and treatment time point, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, showing statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Massage with joint mobilization technique in the treatment of adhesive periarthritis of shoulder not only has the significant efficacy, but also has less pain, short course, low recurrence rate and high satisfaction rate, which is worthy of further promotion.
