点穴推拿配合宁神汤治疗慢性疲劳综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupoint Massage with Ningshen Decoction in Treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

目的:观察点穴推拿配合宁神汤治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效。方法:采用随机对照的方法等196例慢性疲劳综合征患者,分为治疗组98例、对照组98例。治疗组给予点穴推拿配合宁神汤丸,对照组给予黛力新,两组均治疗2个月,观察治疗前后患者临床症状及血液免疫球蛋白的情况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率91.8%,对照组为63.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗前后免疫球蛋白比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:点穴推拿配合宁神汤治疗CFS有效。

Objeetive： To observe the aeupoint massage with Ningshen Decoction in treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods： 196 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group （ 98 patients ）and the control group （98 cases）. The treatment group received acupoint massage with Ningshen Decoction. The control the group was given Deanxit. All patients were treated for two months, observing clinical symptoms and blood immunoglobulin before and after treatment. Results： The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.8% and it was 63.3% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）; the immunoglobulin difference before and after treatment was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Acupoint massage with Ningshen Decoction is an effective treatment of＂ CFS.
