中药复方玉肾露联合贝那普利对肾性蛋白尿的临床研究

Clinical Study on Effect of Compound Yushenlu Combined with Benazepil on Renal Proteinuria

目的:观察中药复方玉肾露联合贝那普利对原发性肾小球疾病所致蛋白尿的治疗效果。方法:将93例原发性肾小球疾病患者随机分为3组。分别为中药加西药治疗组33例、中药组30例、西药组30例,疗程为2个月。结果:治疗各组治疗后与治疗前相比均能显著降低蛋白尿,中药加西药治疗组P<0.05,中药对照组P<0.05,西药对照组P<0.05。中药加西药治疗与中药对照组相比,中药加西药治疗组P<0.05;中药加西药治疗与西药对照组相比,中药加西药治疗组P<0.05。结论:3组均有效,中西结合治疗组在治疗对比中有显著优势。

Objective： To observe the effect of Chinese herbal compound Yushenlu combined with benazepil on albuminuria induced by primary glomerular disease. Methods： 93 patients with primary glomerular disease were randomly divided into three groups： traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine treatment group （ 33 cases ）, traditional Chinese medicine group （ 30 cases ）, control group （ 30 cases ）, treatment course was 2 months. Results： The treatment groups after treatment compared with those before treatment can significantly reduce proteinuria, the three groups all had significance（P〈0.05）; compared with control group and Western medicine group, the combined group had significance （ P〈0.05 ）. ConcluMon ：The three groups were effective, and the treatment of Chinese medicine and Western medicine has significant advantages.
