摘要 首先,对比了视频质量主观和客观2种评价方法;然后,分析了媒体传输质量指标(MDI)的原理及其应用,并利用信噪比(SNR)指标弥补MDI局限性;最后,提出了基于MDI和SNR指标的卫星高清视频传输质量监测方法,并通过实例给出了实现步骤。 Firstly, the advantages and disadvantages of video objective quality assessment (OQA) and video subjective quality assessment (SQA) are compared. Then, the technical principle and their application of media delivery index (MDI) are analyzed. By using signal to noise ratio (SNR) to overcome limitation of MDI. Finally, a method for monitoring satellite HD video trans- port quality based on MDI and SNR index is presented and the application steps of the method are given by an example.
