摘要
制备了一种反应粘结的新型防水卷材,通过对该卷材与后浇混凝土剥离强度影响因素的探讨,选定了主要原料及其用量,并通过设计正交试验,优化了胶粘层配方。与普通粘结防水卷材相比,反应粘结型防水卷材与后浇混凝土间的剥离强度更高,综合性能更优。
New reactive bonded waterproofing membrane was prepared. Tile main materials and their dosages were determined by the analysis of the factors affecting the peel strength between the membrane and post-poured concrete. The formula of the adhesive layer of the membrane was optimized by orthogonal design. The reactive bonded waterproofing membrane had a higher peel strength and better comprehensive performance than that of common waterproofing membrane.
