T细胞活化衔接因子在T淋巴细胞活化过程中作用 被引量:1

摘要 T淋巴细胞(T细胞),来源于骨髓多能干细胞,在胸腺微环境下分化、发育,成熟后迁移至外周血,继而定居于外周淋巴组织,可介导细胞免疫应答,并辅助机体针对T细胞依赖性抗原产生体液免疫应答。T细胞活化衔接因子(1inkerforactivationofTcells,LAT)是T细胞活化过程中的穿膜接头蛋白,在T细胞信号传导中起着核心作用。研究表明,LAT缺失对T细胞数量和功能有很大影响,从而引起一系列T细胞疾病。
