摘要 研制一种新型非线性低频被动隔振系统,由三个特定形状的片弹簧对称分布构成,具有较高静承载力及较低动态刚度,可显著降低系统起止隔振频率;通过隔振系统弹性元件一维无量纲模型,分析其非线性行为,且对隔振器力学特性进行实验研究;建立一两自由度隔振实验平台,对隔振系统进行隔振性能研究,结果显示该隔振系统隔振效果明显。 A new nonlinear low-frequency passive vibration isolator was designed, it consists of three spring laminas with special shapes and distributed symmetrically. It could bear higher static loads and have lower dynamic stiffness, and could reduce obviously the vibration isolation frequency range of the system. Its nonlinear dynamic behavior was studied with a one-dimensional model of elastic elements and was tested. A 2-DOF vibration isolation platform was built and with it the vibration isolation behaviors of the system were studied. The results showed that the new isolator has a good effect of vibration isolation.
