摘要
由薄透镜组的初级像差理论入手,根据初级像差参量PW与透镜折射率n、孔径半径r、厚度d等关系,求出了满足初始设计的结构参数的透镜折射率n、孔径半径r、厚度d、形状系数Q、曲率ρ。用光学设计软件zemax对所求的结构参数其进行了分析和优化,得到了所有视场的调制传递函数值(MTF)均大于0.3,畸变小于0.1mm,场曲小于0.002%的优化结果。
Starting with the initial aberration theory of thin lens group, and according to the PW theory of the primary aberration parameter and lens refractive index n, aperture radius r, thickness d, shape coeffi- cient Q, and curvature relationship, the article calculates out structural parameters that meet primary de- sign, such as lens refractive index n, aperture radius r, thickness d, shape coefficient Q, curvature. The article also uses Zemax optical design software for the analysis and optimization of structure parameters, and concludes that all modulation transfer functions (MTF) are greater than 0. 3; the distortion is less than O. 1 mm; and field curve is less than 0. 002%.
