摘要
我国农村义务教育集中办学后,寄宿制学校不断增多,学校管理无论从管理理念、职能,还是从管理方式上都面临着新的挑战。让学生进得来、留得住,已不仅仅是农村义务教育寄宿制学校管理的目标。创造优质育人环境,培养学生文明习惯、自信品质,促进学生个性和谐发展,是农村义务教育寄宿制学校办学的质量追求,是提高人的素质,培养人本身的关键所在。是优化教育资源,实现教育优质均衡发展,促进教育公平的正确选择。
After implementation of centralized schools in China' s compulsory education in rural areas, boarding schools increase more and more and school management is facing new challenges in management idea, function, or management style. Building school quality education environment, cultivating students' civilization etiquette and confidence and promoting harmonious development of students' personality, instead of students' coming and staying, are the goals of management in rural compulsory boarding education to optimize educational resources and promote education equality.
