中共十八大报告中提出的社会主义核心价值观,是对十六届六中全会提出的社会主义核心价值体系的重大发展。它从价值观建设的主体性、价值观内容的涵容性、价值观表述的凝练性三个方面有了显著提升,反映了党和人民在改革开放新时期对中国特色社会主义道路、理论和制度的高度自觉和自信。

The socialist core values put forward by the 18th National Congress of CPC are an important development of the socialist core values system put forward by the 6th Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Party, remarkably in the subjectivity of the values construction, the capacity of its content and the conciseness of its expression. They are a reflection of the Party and the People＇s great consciousness of and great confidence in the socialist road with Chinese characteristics, its theory and system when carrying out the reform and opening up policy.
