糖尿病患者白内障两种术式的临床分析

Clinical analysis of two operative methods to cataract of diabetics.

目的 探讨糖尿病患者白内障晶状体摘出联合人工晶状体植入的手术效果及术式选择。方法 40例 41眼白内障根据不同的晶状体核硬度 ,2 1眼采用晶状体囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入 ,2 0眼采用超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入 ,并对两种术式的术中术后并发症进行比较。结果 全部病例术后视力均较术前提高 ,其中 5 1 2 % >0 5 ,视力提高不明显者占 4 9%。两种术式除术中后囊破裂有显著性差异外 ,其余并发症均无显著性差异。结论 人工晶状体植入术是糖尿病患者白内障术后恢复视力的理想方法 ,手术方式应根据患者及术者的具体情况而合理选择。

To investigate the therapeutic effect and the operative methods of lens extraction with intraocular lens(IOL) implantation to cataract of diabetics. Methods According to the grade of lens nucleus,extracapsular cataract extraction with IOL implantation was performed in 21 eyes and phacoemulsification with IOL implantation was performed in 20 eyes.The observing time is 7 days after operation.To compare the incidence of complications in and after the operation of this two methods. Results Visual acuity of all eyes improved after operation.21 eyes(51.2%) attained visual acuity of 0.5 or better and visual acuity of 2 eyes (4.9%) improve a little.The incidence of complications in and after operation of two methods,except posterior capsular rupture,is similar. Conclusion IOL implantation is a ideal methods of visual acuity recovery after operation to cataract of diabetics.According to the grade of lens nucleus and operator’s technique,the operative methods should be chosen reasonably.
