药学干预在保证中药注射剂使用合理性中的应用分析

APPLICATION ANALYSIS OF PHARMACEUTICAL INTERVERTION IN ENSURING REASONABLE USING OF TRATITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE INJECTION

目的:探讨药学干预在保证中药注射剂使用合理性中的应用效果,提高中药注射剂的临床合理应用水平。方法:分别对药学干预前后3个月的152例住院患者使用中药注射剂的资料进行分析,从药品适应症、用法、用量、疗程、联合用药以及配伍禁忌等方面对其使用合理性进行评价,观察药学干预的临床应用效果。结果:实施药学干预后中药注射剂的使用合理性较干预前有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应发生率为3.8%,显著低于干预前的16.7%,干预前后药物不良反应发生率之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强对中药注射剂使用的药学干预对于保证用药合理性,提高临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率,保证用药安全性具有重要的意义,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of pharmaceutical intervention in ensuring reasonable using of traditional Chinese medi- cine injection, to ensure the rationality of application of traditional Chinese medicine injection. Methods：Before and after 3 months ,52 pharmaceutical intervention of patients used traditional Chinese medicine injections were analysed, from the drug indications, usage, dosage, course of treatment, drug combination and incompatibility and other aspects, evaluated the effect of pharmaceutical interven- tion. Results：After implementation of pharmaceutical intervention of traditional Chinese medicine injections, using rationality is signifi- candy higher than before intervention, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05 ）, the rate of adverse reactions was 3.8%, significantly lower than before the intervention （ 16.7% ）, the difference of rate of adverse drug reactionwas statistical significance （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Strengthen pharmacy intervention in Chinese traditional medicine injection can ensure the rational use of drugs, improve clinical curative effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, ensure the drug safety is of great significance and is worth further clinical application.
