摘要
目的:探讨剖宫产后切口感染的危险因素,为预防与控制感染提供依据。方法:对于2007~2012年在我院行剖宫产的1746例产妇进行回顾性调查分析。结果:1746例孕产妇切口感染的发生率为2.75%。肥胖、糖尿病、手术时间大于1h、胎膜早破及试产后急诊剖宫产的产妇其术后切口感染的发生率明显高于其他患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产妇剖宫产后切口感染的发生率在不同年龄及是否有高血压之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:产妇剖宫产后切口感染的相关因素主要有肥胖、糖尿病、手术时间大于1h、胎膜早破及试产后急诊剖宫产。采取相应的护理措施可降低感染率的发生。
Objective: To explore the risk factors of incision wound infection after cesarean section and to provide basis for infection prevention and control. Methods:IT46 cases of cesarean section in our hospital from 2007 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Re- suits:The incision infection rate of 1746 cases maternal was 2.75%. The maternal with obesity, diabetes, operation time more than one hour, premature rupture of membrane and emergency cesarean section after trial - produce have the obviously higher incision infec- tion rate than that of the other patients ( P 〈 0.05 ). The incision infection rate of maternal was not significantly different between dif- ferent age and blood pressure ( P 〉 0.05). Conduslon: The related factors of incision wound infection after cesarean section were obe- sity, diabetes, operation time more than one hour, premature rupture of membrane and emergency cesarean section after trial - pro- duce. The corresponding nursing measures were necessary to reduce the occurrence of incision infection.
